Customer Agreement for Shoreline Linens

By placing an order with Shoreline Linens, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Services Provided

Shoreline Linens will provide linens and towels for your Cape May County vacation rental based on the items selected during the ordering process.


Ordering Requirements

  • Peak Season: Orders must be placed at least two weeks before your check-in date.

  • Off-Season: Orders must be placed at least one week before your check-in date.

  • Late Orders: Orders placed with less than one week’s notice are subject to a 10% late fee and must be confirmed by calling 609-513-4596 for availability.

  • A $20 minimum order applies to all transactions.


Delivery Details

  • Linens and towels will be neatly packaged, labeled, and delivered to your vacation rental.

  • Delivery will occur between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on your check-in day.


Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of the delivery address provided.

  • Any issues with your order must be reported immediately by contacting Shoreline Linens at 609-513-4596.


Cancellation and Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes to your order.


Agreement Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
